This Is My Life (and Death?)
The New York Times warns that blogging can kill you. Tell me about it. And I’m not even very prolific.

Hi, here is a new social network platform like MySpace. It will help you to advertise your business, and you can sign up for free:http://zenzuumarketing.wordpress.com/

I’ve been blogging since October 2005, first as a professional assignment, then as a full-time quasi-career after losing my old job. It is a VERY unhealthy occupation: Sedentary, stressful, and isolated. I’ve struggled with weight most of my life (to the extent that a nearly unbroken record of abject surrender can be described as a “struggle”), and blogging has done nothing to help in that respect. I have five small children (ages 3 to 10) and a wife who has been hospitalized six times over the past two years, often for months at a stretch. During her last absence, which lasted nearly six months, my diet degenerated, my pre-marital insomnia recurred, and I started to have panic attacks.
So I’m a very good candidate for “Death by Blogging.” Now that my wife Korrin has returned, I’ve cleaned up my diet, eased my workload a bit, and started exercising again. I’m happy to report that I’m already seeing some benefits.
